Earth to The Agency: 2026’s Annual Global Clean-Up Brought Our Global Teams Together

It’s our favorite day of the year! And this go-around, Earth Day and The Agency’s Annual Global Clean Up Day coincided — and our teams took full advantage. Across 16 markets, 118 volunteers logged more than 300 hours of cleanup from the white-sand beaches of Grand Cayman to the leafy parks of Panama City. Here’s the (literal) dirt on how they showed up and gave back. OREGON Now marking its fourth year of participation in the county’s Adopt-A-Road program, The Agency’s Bend team has turned Earth Day into a true tradition. This year, 10 volunteers hit the pavement and collected nine bags of trash, combining their love for Central Oregon’s natural beauty with a commitment to keeping it that way. The Agency Portland Rather than a traditional cleanup, Portland and Lake Oswego went big — bringing in shred and recycle trucks so the broader community could safely dispose of documents, electronics, and household items. The result? Over 400 participants and more than 4,000 pounds of recycled materials were collected in a single day. “Shred and Recycle Day was a huge success!” said Managing Partner Dirk Hmura. “It was an incredible event for us and a win for the environment.” FLORIDA Our Palm Beach team took their cleanup to the water, spending the morning paddling along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, picking up trash by kayak. The Agency Palm Beach MASSACHUSETTS The Agency Marblehead’s agents and staffers spent a morning combing Devereux and Riverhead beaches along the North Shore. As Managing Partner Michael Cannuscio put it, “We believe that when communities everywhere commit to these moments of local caring, the cumulative impact on our fragile environment is anything but small.” The Agency Marblehead NEW JERSEY In Rutherford, from the Williams Center courtyard to New Jersey’s train station, agents covered ground and turned up some unexpected finds along the way. “I’m incredibly proud of our team for showing up for Rutherford today,” said Managing Partner Jennifer Darby Metzger. “What we do extends beyond real estate because caring for the place we call home starts with even the smallest actions. Together, those efforts create a lasting impact.” The Agency Rutherford BAHAMAS Our local Bahamas team headed to Jaws Beach in Nassau for a shoreline cleanup — with a special addition. Several team members brought their children along for the day. “The future starts with them!” said Managing Partner Danny Lowe, a sentiment that made the cleanup feel as much about legacy as it did about the environment. The Agency Bahamas SOUTH CAROLINA With spring break in full swing, our Hilton Head and Beaufort teams chose Coligny Beach on Hilton Head — arguably the island’s most iconic stretch of coastline — for their cleanup. Friends and family joined agents in the dunes, connecting with beachgoers and championing the natural beauty that makes Hilton Head so special. The Agency Hilton Head TEXAS Our Tyler team rolled up their sleeves at Fun Forest Pool and Park, pitching in to help revive a beloved community space for local families.”Real estate is about building strong communities, and that starts long before a transaction,” said Managing Partner Vanessa Griffin. “We were proud to celebrate Earth Day by giving back to Tyler through a project that helps create a more beautiful, welcoming space for local families to enjoy. At The Agency Tyler, community is always at the heart of what we do.” The Agency Tyler In Waco, along the banks of the Brazos River, our team gathered 28 bags of trash — and sparked something more lasting: a shared office love for community service. “At The Agency in Waco, we celebrate Earth Day by showing up to protect, clean up, and give back to our community that we truly care about and love to serve,” said Managing Partner Amanda Cunningham. The Agency Waco CAYMAN ISLANDS Partnering with Plastic Free Cayman, The Agency Cayman Islands’ team tackled Barker’s Beach in Grand Cayman — a stretch where sea trash frequently washes ashore. “Earth Day is a reminder that protecting Grand Cayman’s natural beauty is everyone’s responsibility,” said Managing Partner Fleur Coleman. The Agency Cayman Islands “At The Agency Cayman, we represent some of the most exceptional coastal properties in the Caribbean, but the true luxury is the environment that surrounds them. Our beaches are part of what makes this island so special, and we’re proud to do our part — both as a business and as members of this community — to support the island and help protect the natural beauty that defines Grand Cayman.” PANAMA The Agency Panama’s team helped plant over 70 trees in Don Bosco Sponge Park — Panama City’s first-ever park designed to absorb rainwater during the heavy rainy season. The Agency Panama “The earth held us before we ever knew our own name,” said Managing Partner Victoria Levitam. “It grounds us, shapes us, and reminds us of what truly matters. To touch the soil. To plant a tree. To stand beside each other in the dirt — is to honor the very thing that made us possible. And as the tree grows, so do we.” CANADA In Alberta, our Edmonton team kept it in the neighborhood, cleaning up the park beside their office’s building and doing their part to keep their corner of the community looking its best. The Agency Edmonton COLORADO Let’s go, Colorado! Our Denver and Boulder teams headed to Eben G. Fine Park in Boulder, picking up trash and spending Earth Day exactly where it belongs — outside, doing good. The Agency Denver and Boulder Additional kudos and applause go to our other offices that participated in this year’s Annual Global Clean Up Day: The Agency Charlotte, La Jolla, Miami and Austin. Well done, all! About The Agency Global Clean Up This annual event is one of our favorites to celebrate around the world as it demonstrates how big an impact we can all make when we come together. Last year, our amazing team of worldwide volunteers participated in hundreds of hours of clean-up across 21 locations, gathering a total of 1,136 pounds of trash. CALIFORNIA WEST HILLS Photo: Real Estate Photo Shoot Inc. 7315 Rutherford Hill In the West Hills neighborhood of SoCal’s San Fernando Valley, this thoughtfully upgraded home, represented by Nikki Abish, makes a serious commitment to clean energy. Designed by Octavio Van Praag of Praag Architecture Studio, every element of this residence, from its handcrafted bamboo ceilings to truly seamless indoor-outdoor living, reflects a deep respect for the land it inhabits. COLORADO LAFAYETTE Photo: JUST PENDED Denver Real Estate Media 861 Furrow Way Built in 2023 within Boulder County’s first master-planned net-zero energy neighborhood, 861 Furrow Way is sustainability at the community scale. Represented by Kim Payes, the home is within easy access to Boulder, Denver, and countless outdoor adventures right outside the door. STEAMBOAT SPRINGS Photo: Dan Tullos, Mountain Home Photography 33250 Ravenswood Lane Represented by Chris Paoli and Kenny Reisman, this 6,860-square-foot estate exceeds expectations in energy independence. PORTUGAL RIA DE AVEIRO Photo: Igor Duarte Eco House Camp On the edge of the Ria de Aveiro, one of Portugal’s most breathtaking natural lagoons, Eco House Camp is a 10-room hotel-residence that treats sustainability as an art form. Represented by Teresa Guégués and Amanda Vieira, the home was nominated for the National Tourism Award in Sustainable and Authentic Tourism in 2023, where upcycled design, geothermal energy, and the rhythms of the natural world converge. OREGON Photo: Justin Jones, Jones Media Shop 811 NE Brennan Lane Built in 2001 as part of the Street of Dreams, this 4,600-square-foot Oregon home was ahead of its time, and the numbers prove it. Represented by Dick Hmura and Nicole Jochum, the property earned a perfect 10/10 Home Energy Score, a rating almost unheard of for a home of this scale. Most homes this size score far lower; a 10 is typically reserved for compact new construction. The secret is in the bones: ICF construction, radiant heat, and solar panels work together to deliver exceptional performance at every square foot. Good Taste is in Season: The Agency Times Spring Edition Has Arrived

We’re coming into the new season with a lot to say. The Agency Times Spring Edition covers property branding, global events, an exciting new chapter for The Agency Art House, and the design and lifestyle trends defining this cultural moment. Here’s a snapshot of what’s within. What does it take to brand a legend? In Built Different, Branded Better, The Agency’s Creative Director Shane Gazzo and a few dynamic designers take you inside the process behind some of the most talked-about property brands in recent memory — including the Stahl House and the David Lynch Compound. From their first instinct to the finished brand, we get the inside track on the design decisions that gave each property an unmistakable identity. Next, flip to Add to Calendar (Thank Us Later) — which is exactly what it sounds like. Our teams around the world have handpicked the season’s best events, from a romantic roses-and-books celebration in Barcelona to boisterous big-game fishing on the Gulf Coast. So wherever you are in the world, we’ve found something worth leaving the house for. We also celebrate The Agency Art House’s expansion into Mexico City. At the helm is Founder Arushi Kapoor, freshly named to Forbes‘ 30 Under 30 list, joined by gallerist Georgina Pounds as Art Advisor. “Latin America represents the future of global collecting, creativity, and cultural influence,” said Arushi. “And we are building a platform that is deeply local, globally connected, and designed for the next generation of collectors.” In Design & Lifestyle Trends for Spring & Summer 2026, we capture the aesthetic mood of this moment — at once complex, fiercely individual, and a little rebellious. From the “Hollywood Cottage Aesthetic” to wellness spaces designed to soothe your nervous system, these trends go for depth, texture, and unapologetic comfort.
